Early Years Practitioner Part Time (Charlestown Day Nursery)
We are looking for someone with an early year’s level 2/3 qualification to continue their professional development with us.
Bring a range of learning activities for children within the setting.
Support each child with their individual learning.
Provide a safe environment for all children
Work as part of the staff team.
Maintain confidentiality.
Liaise with parents.
Plan and implement the EYFS with clear next steps in an appropriate way giving each individual child a chance to reach their full potential.
Implement, maintain and administer children’s records.
To be fully aware of safeguarding and respond and act accordingly.
Skills required:
Honest and reliable.
Enthusiastic.
Good communication skills.
Ability to use knowledge effectively to meet needs of individual children.
Willingness to work co-operatively.
Respect of confidentiality at all times.
Friendly, a team player, the ability to listen to your peers.
You will be expected to use your initiative.
