We are looking for someone with an early year’s level 2/3 qualification to continue their professional development with us. 

• Bring a range of learning activities for children within the setting. 

• Support each child with their individual learning. 

• Provide a safe environment for all children 

• Work as part of the staff team.

• Maintain confidentiality.

• Liaise with parents.

• Plan and implement the EYFS with clear next steps in an appropriate way giving each individual child a chance to reach their full potential.

• Implement, maintain and administer children’s records.

• To be fully aware of safeguarding and respond and act accordingly.

• Enthusiastic.

• Good communication skills.

• Ability to use knowledge effectively to meet needs of individual children.

• Willingness to work co-operatively.

• Respect of confidentiality at all times.

• Friendly, a team player, the ability to listen to your peers.

• You will be expected to use your initiative.
